What is included in the fair package?
The fair package includes the building and dismantling of the stand. You can order rental furniture for the department, in which case they have already been delivered to your department. If you wish, you can bring your own fair structures and/or furniture. We will be happy to tell you more and help you choose the most suitable fair package for you.
How many visitors and which field of education attend the event?
Contact Forum is an interdisciplinary recruitment event. Our largest target groups are the technical, IT and commercial sectors, according to which the fair map is also divided.
The previous physical Contact Forum in January 2023 was visited by more than 6,500 fair visitors from more than 30 different universities. The most visitors were from the University of Helsinki, Metropolia, Haaga-Helia and Aalto University.
When is the last time to register?
Registration continues until the end of 2024 or as long as there are enough fair places.
Can the fair package be billed in 2024 or 2025 and what are the cancellation conditions?
We always offer the right to cancel free of charge within 14 days after registration.
We will send an invoice for the reservation fee (the price of the 50% fair package) within a month of registration. The final invoice will be sent in January 2025. If you would like the final invoice already in 2024, please contact us!
