In this session, you will learn:
• Why culture and employer branding are often deprioritized during change
• How reduced leadership visibility weakens employer brand perception
• What effective leadership visibility looks like in practice
• How to build consistent visibility without adding to executive workload
Matthew Äikäs-Adams has 16+ years of experience helping organizations build stronger cultures and leadership communication. He currently works at the intersection of leadership behavior, employee experience, and employer branding at Georg Fischer.
He has also hosted large-scale events such as Business Finland's World Ideas Week (2024) and their Christmas party (2023), each with audiences of 600–700 people.
