Matthew explores why leadership visibility matters most during times of uncertainty.

He Highlights how culture and employer branding are shaped daily through leadership behavior and communication, not just campaigns. During periods of change, reduced visibility often creates a gap between what is promised and what is experienced.

In this session, you will learn:

• How reduced leadership visibility weakens employer brand perception
• What effective leadership visibility looks like in practice

Matthew Äikäs-Adams has 16+ years of experience helping organizations build stronger cultures and leadership communication. He currently works at the intersection of leadership behavior, employee experience, and employer branding at Georg Fischer.

He has also hosted large-scale events such as Business Finland's World Ideas Week (2024) and their Christmas party (2023), each with audiences of 600–700 people.

What does the event include?

At the event, you can hear speeches by top experts on two stages. In addition, the speeches offer interesting examples of how different companies have succeeded in improving their employer image. Registration continues until the end of 2024 or as long as there are enough fair places.

We always offer the right to cancel free of charge within 14 days after registration.
We will send an invoice for the reservation fee (the price of the 50% fair package) within a month of registration. The final invoice will be sent in January 2025. If you would like the final invoice already in 2024, please contact us!
