Magnet Employer Branding Awards Finland will be held for the fourth time in 2026 – this time in collaboration with Employer Branding Forum. Magnet Awards has long roots in Norway and Sweden. EB Forum was held in Finland for the first time in early 2025 alongside the traditional Contact Forum event.

The Magnet Awards recognize employers and industry professionals who have excelled in creating and developing employer brands. From the beginning, the Magnet Awards has also aimed to share inspiration and lessons learned in the field of employer branding.

“That’s why we see the collaboration with EB Forum as a natural next step. Like the Magnet Awards, EB Forum brings together employer branding professionals in Finland, so by bringing two significant events in the industry together, we create an even more impactful event,” says Mika Sallinen, one of the founding members of Magnet Awards Finland.

EB Forum and Magnet Awards will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Center. Magnet Awards Finland is run by the recruitment and employer branding company Finders Seekers, consulting firm Milton, employer branding company The universe and employer branding company Instar EBC. The Employer Branding Forum is hosted by CF Events Oy. Jobly will be the main partner of the Magnet Awards competition in 2026.
